Delivery Schedule
We endeavour to despatch all orders within two business days of receipt, subject to the availability of stock. If despatch is delayed for any reason, we will keep you informed by e-mail.
The cost of delivery is *free for orders placed on this website over £50. Orders under £50 will attract a delivery charge of £4.95... (Area exclusions apply).
*Due to delivery company surcharges for remote areas of Scotland, the following postcodes are not included in the in the Free delivery promotion. IV1 - 56, KW1-14, PA34, PA37-39, PH19 - 41, PH49-50. . Please contact us for a quotation. Delivery surcharges also apply to the Isle of Wight
Despatched using Parcel Companies Recorded Deliveries. This service means that most items are delivered within 1 - 3 weekdays.
*For deliveries outside Mainland UK and Europe, prices on request.
Please note: that a signature will be required on all parcels (international and national), confirming the goods have arrived in satisfactory condition. In the event your goods do not arrive in a satisfactory condition, you may reject the delivery and another one will be re scheduled upon us being notified (within 7 days of receipt via email)
Our couriers have a 97% "delivery on time" success rate, with the remainder usually arriving the following day. In the real world, this is an excellent achievement, however should something go awry, we are only an email away from assisting in its tracking and rescheduling delivery.

2. Ordering from us
2.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via
our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process
you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to
correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement to the email address you provide,
detailing the products you have ordered.
2.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we
despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation
by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will
be made and you will be charged, unless we have notified you
that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your
order.
2.3 We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) if we believe the delivery address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box or in circumstances where the order has failed our card security checks. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible via email.;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description
error; or
(d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set
out in our terms and conditions.
2.4 Vouchers and gift vouchers can only be used by the person they were intended for. Any voucher used, must be used in one transaction in it's entirity and no balances can be brought forward. Note: Vouchers issued have an expiry of 12 months from date of issue.
3. Pricing
3.1 All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current
rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of
VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the
total price.
3.2 Where we charge separately for packing, carriage
and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates
are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere
on this Website.
3.3 Our prices are reviewed periodically and can change without notice although you will only be charged the advertised price at the time your order.
4. Cancellation and returns policy
4.1 If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email before we have dispatched
the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you,
by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.
4.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for
any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full
refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall
be borne by you.
4.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full
refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required
less the return/collection costs..
4.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred
to in clause 4.2 will not apply in the following circumstances:

4.5 Orders are collected on this website to be shipped asap hence, if goods have been despatched prior to your cancellation, you will still be required to pay the return costs.
The provisions of this clause 4.4 do not affect your statutory rights.
